As a result of the election on March 10, 2010, the following Governors constituted the Board of Governors of Ｇrace Ｔutors Ａssociation Ｌimited for 2010:

Ｉt is hereby informed that a Board of Governors meeting will be called with details as follows:

Date: March 25, 2010
Venue: HKMA at 21-22 Ｃonaught Ｒoad Ｃentral 2/Ｆ, Ｈong Ｋong
Ｔime: 12:45 pm
Ｍeeting Ａgenda:

a) Ｅlection of 7 key Ｅxecutives, which include Ｃhairman, two Ｖice-Ｃhairman, Ｈonorary Ｓecretary, Ｄeputy Ｈonorary Ｓecretary, Ｈonorary Ｔreasure, Ｄeputy Ｈonorary Ｔreasurer.

Ｗe need as least 3 Ｇovernors to be present to form the Ｑuorum. Ｐroxy can be accepted for voting. Ｐroxy Ｆorm will be provided in a separate email.

b) Ｄiscuss amendments (if any) on the Ｍ&Ａ

c) Ｒeview the project plan on helping students with Ｌearning Ｄisabilities scheduled in Ａpril to Ｊune 2010.

d) Ｒeview the project plan on organizing Ｅnglish Ｔutoring course scheduled in Ｊune to Ａugust 2010.

e) Ａny other business.

Ｉt is also informed that all Ｆounder Ｍembers (Ｇovernors) are welcome to attend the meeting as observers.
